I just wanted to send a quick e-mail regarding the recent Heathrow airport transfers that you provided for us on Wed 3rd and 10th April.
Thank you to the admin staff at Hallmark and both drivers (Steven and Steven) for helping to make it a stress free journey at the start and end of our trip. The phone call from Steven just prior to our return flight, to reconfirm where to locate the coach at LHR was really helpful.
