We are a family owned and family managed coach hire company that have been operating since 1993. We are based on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire Border.

You can book a trip either online using this website or by calling our Tour Department.

Booking Online

You can view our current available trips by selecting the Excursions and Holidays page. If you select the trip that you are interested in, you will be able to view the itinerary for the trip and will be able to select BOOK NOW. If you are using our online booking system for the first time, you will be invited to create your own account. You will then be able to use this account for all future bookings.

Our online booking service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

What can I do with my account?

Using your online account, you can book, pay for and review your day trips and holidays. You can change your address, contact details, email address etc and you can reset your password.

Telephone Booking

Our Tour Department is open daily from 9am to 4.30pm. Our friendly travel advisors will be happy to offer advice and discuss your requirements with you.

Please try to give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, please call our Tour Department on 07766 476488. All payments made are non refundable unless we are able to resell your seats. We will only attempt to sell your seats after all of our remaining seats have been sold.

The operation of our advertised day trips is subject to there being a minimum number of bookings. On some occasions a day trip may have to be cancelled. Where this happens, we will try to give you (The Customer) as much notice as is reasonably possible. You will be refunded any payments you have made for Coach Travel.

Requests for certain seats can be made at the time of booking, .and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Seat allocations are made on a first come first served basis and are dependent upon customer mobility. We reserve the right to change your seat and allocate you a different one for operational reasons. On single bookings, we reserve the right to alter your seating in order to maximise seating capacity. We accept no liability for any changes made.

For Safety reasons, wheelchairs, scooters and/or walking frames may not be carried in the passenger areas of the coach. They will however, be stored in the lockers subject to space being available. Please advise our staff at the time of booking.

Wheelchair and Scooter users must be accompanied by someone who is able to take charge of the chair or scooter, and, where appropriate, dismantle and reassemble it, disconnect any batteries and load/unload it into the luggage compartment.

No individual piece of equipment should weigh more than 15 kgs.

For Safety reasons, buggies and pushchairs may not be carried in the passenger areas of the coach. They will however, be stored in the lockers subject to space being available. Please advise our staff at the time of booking.

Wheelchairs, scooters, walking frames, buggies, pushchairs or other similar equipment are carried at the Customers Own Risk and we do not accept any liability for any damage whilst stored in the luggage compartment (lockers).

Where booster seats are required for children, it is the responsibility of the Customer to provide and fit these. Please advise our staff at the time of booking.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow you to bring a dog with you, with the following exceptions:

1. We will allow a Guide Dog for a blind person or a Hearing Dog for a deaf person to travel.
2. We will allow an assistance dog which is a member of Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or The International Guide Dog Federation (GDF) to travel.

Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed on our coaches at anytime.
