Passenger safety is our No 1 priority in all of our operations and decision making processes.

All of our coach drivers hold an enhanced DBS Certificate and are badged by either Hertfordshire County Council, Central Bedfordshire Council or Cambridgeshire County Council.

Where Passenger Assistants are provided on our routes, they hold an enhanced DBS Certificate and are badged by either Hertfordshire or Central Bedfordshire Council.

What type of Coaches do you offer?

Our extensive fleet includes standard and luxury coaches to suit various group sizes and needs.

Do all of your coaches have seatbelts?

Yes.

Are all of your drivers DBS checked?

Yes, all of our drivers hold an enhanced DBS Certificate and are badged by either Central Bedfordshire. Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire Council.

How do I book a coach?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers for your convenience.

Is a deposit needed when booking?

We do not usually require a deposit when booking. We do however require full payment no later than 10 days before the date of hire. Cancellation charges will be incurred for cancellation less than 10 days before the date of hire, as per our Terms and Conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking by contacting us directly. Please note that cancellations may incur a fee, depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions or speak with a member of our team.

Are your drivers experienced?

Yes, our professional drivers are highly trained and have extensive experience with local and long-distance routes both within the UK and Europe. They all hold a valid PCV licence and an up to date Certificate of Professional Competence. They are all trained in Safeguarding Procedures.

How often do you check driving licences?

All drivers have their driving licences checked by us every three months and randomly during the three month period.

Do you carry out alcohol and drug tests on your drivers?

Yes, we randomly carry out alcohol and drug tests without warning.

Do you monitor the drivers hours?

Yes, we monitor each drivers hours using trade recognised software.

Do you have a first aid kit onboard?

Whilst we recommend that schools bring a suitable first aid kit, we also ensure that all of our vehicles have an up to date first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Our code of behaviour for students and schools can be found here.

What documentation do you hold?

We hold Operator licences for International and Domestic travel and trade recognised insurance both for vehicles and public liability. School Organisers can request copies if required.

How are your vehicles maintained?

We maintain all of our vehicles to DVSA standards in our own engineering facility. Each vehicle undergoes a full safety inspection and service every six weeks.
