We received the following email from Heather Good following a recent 4 day Battlefield Tour in France…
“Just to say what a brilliant job Colin did for us on the trip and for Philip and I specifically. Colin was helpful, cheerful and very calm under pressure.
The problems that he had to deal with on Monday were unusual to say the least. Back and forwards twice to the Police Station etc, then the overheating, but he kept us informed.
Colin helped make it a very special and memorable trip.

We would point out that the problems on this trip were caused by two illegal immigrants attempting to cross the channel by hiding underneath our Coach. This caused damage to the coach and the overheating problems.
Due to the calm actions of our driver and our Out of Hours “Duty Manager”, together with the Police involvement and a French mechanic, our coach was quickly on the road again with the minimum of delay.
Thanks go to our driver Colin for his calm and professional actions under pressure ensuring an enjoyable trip for our Customers.
