We received this email from a Trafalgar Tour Director following a grand tour of the UK.
My name is Andrew Speed and I was the Tour Director on the Trafalgar BIXP that finished yesterday and I wanted to send you a message of thanks for providing such an excellent service.
Firstly, I cannot fault the coach provided, it was a superbly comfortable vehicle and appreciated by the whole group.
The driver, Tony Russell was superb and is a great asset to your Company. I have been a Tour Director for almost three decades and he ranks among the best drivers I’ve ever had. His abilities were noticed and commented on by the entire group. He was never complacent and his eye was constantly on the ball. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone cleaning the vehicle as much as him and he was absolutely brilliant with the guests, they all loved him and that he was mentioned by every passenger in their tour evaluations. He is obviously a tour driver of the highest calibre. His driving skills are superb.
Once again, thank you very much for this excellent service and I can assure you I have provided Trafalgar with an equally glowing report.
