“Hello

Please pass on my thanks and gratitude to Renata and the driver who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.  We had guests arriving on a flight at Stansted Airport on Friday the 12th of October which had been delayed by several hours but that didn’t stop Renata from ensuring our guests were collected from the Airport and not left stranded.

We are very grateful for the time given and patience shown to us.
