Absolutely, We specialise in luxury coach hire for weddings and special occasions. All of our coaches are luxury brands including Mercedes, Neoplan and Volvo and are liveried in brilliant white.

We regret that pets are not allowed onboard, with the following exceptions:

• We will allow a Guide Dog for a Blind person or a Hearing Dog for a deaf person to travel.
• We will allow an assistance dog which is a member of Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or The International Guide Dog Federation(GDF) to travel.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers for your convenience.

We do not usually require a deposit when booking. We do however require full payment no later than 10 days before the date of hire. Cancellation charges will be incurred for cancellation less than 10 days before the date of hire, as per our Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel your booking by contacting us directly. Please note that cancellations may incur a fee, depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions or speak with a member of our team.

Yes, multiple stops can be arranged. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can factor them into the schedule and provide an accurate quote.

Yes, our coaches are equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats, and other features for your comfort.

Yes, our professional drivers are highly trained and have extensive experience with local and long-distance routes both within the UK and Europe.

Food and drink can be brought on board, but this must be pre-agreed with us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs while ensuring the comfort and cleanliness of our vehicles. Please contact our Booking Team to discuss your requirements.

All of our coaches have onboard toilets for your comfort. Where these are not available, your driver will make regular comfort stops.

Our fleet can accommodate all group sizes with a variety of vehicle options.

In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates on the situation. Our team will work to minimise the impact and ensure your journey continues smoothly.

Our vehicles are regularly maintained in our own engineering facility, and our drivers are licensed and trained. We comply with all health and safety regulations.

Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed onboard our coaches.
