Important Service Information for Parents whose children use the 800 Bus Service Routes.
Please be advised that children may only use the route which they have been allocated to. They may also only board or disembark from the coach at their allocated Bus Stops.
Recently, children have been boarding any coach and have been getting on and off at stops which are not allocated to them. This is causing one coach to become overloaded and one coach having many spare seats.
With immediate effect, drivers have been instructed to only allow students on the coach which has been allocated to them, and drivers will only pick up and drop off at their allocated bus stop.
We have also had instances of students standing, as they do not wish to sit next to certain people. Standing is not permitted on any of the 800 services. There are ample seats and students are required by law to be seated and seatbelted.

We would ask all parents to ensure that the above is adhered to at all times.
