As a matter of course our Sales Team make contact with the groups on their return from their holidays. They passed comment to say that the Coach & Driver Andy were great. They mentioned the breakdown with the flat tyre and were full of praise for the fact that they weren't held up for more than 30 - 40 minutes So just passing on my thanks to you for dealing with the breakdown so efficiently and a Big Thank You to Andy for looking after the group so well.

She exchanged mobile phone numbers at the beginning of the day so that we could be in touch at any point, since their were several destinations. We have been using Landmark Coaches for a significant amount of time. The buses are always clean and the drivers we have had have all been very polite, courteous and well presented. We recently used Landmark for a club netball outing on Saturday 19th March 2022 from Priory School Hitchin to Herts sports village, Hatfield. I wanted to say what excellent service we had. Booking was easy and all our enquires were always handled with a friendly caller. Our driver, Peter was punctual, friendly and organised. He knew our destination and the layout for parking.
