Our Price Promise
Many Coach Operators and Coach Booking Agencies will try to charge you for extras after your trip. This may include time for traffic delays, extra drivers, parking fees, tolls etc.
Here at Landmark Coaches, the quote that we give you is the price that you pay. Its as simple as that.
We do not charge for delays that are out of your control such as those caused by traffic delays and road accidents.
We are not a Coach Booking Agency. Our fleet of over 30 vehicles are owned and operated by ourselves. There are no hidden agency fees.
When we quote you a price, we will clearly let you know if there are any parking charges, tolls or taxes to pay and whether this is included in the price.
All we ask in return is that your party arrives at the pre arranged pick up location at the agreed time.
Please bear in mind that we work out your itinerary as competitively as possible. Arriving late for your return trip may result in us having to supply a second driver in order to comply with Driver Hour Regulations. In the unlikely event of this happening, we do reserve the right to make a charge.
Our Payment Terms
We will send you a detailed invoice at the time of booking.
Unless agreed otherwise by The Company, we require full payment to be made 10 days before your trip.

3) Please speak to our Office Staff if you wish to make a Bacs or cheque payment.
